Spicy Suffering with Hot Sauce in my Holes

Why would I put hot sauce and other spicy substances on my genitals? Doesn’t that hurt a lot? Yes, it certainly does, sometimes it makes me sob uncontrollably! But it turns me on to plan these excruciating experiences, and it turns me on to know that people get off on watching me in pain.

I’ve written before about foods that I like to play with, but I decided that capsaicin-containing foods deserved a more in-depth look!

risks

A key reason I like to use hot sauce is that it isn’t inherently damaging, unlike many other sources of pain. That allows me to make my experience more and more intense without worrying about going a step too far. Slapping myself in the cunt is good clean fun, but if I do it too hard or too many times, I’m likely to wind up with bruising or even break the skin. Neither of those consequences is really objectionable to me personally, but they do get in the way of filming! Capsaicin, on the other hand, can dial up the pain without dialing up the potential damage.

Many people have heard that capsaicin causes chemical burns, and that’s what causes spicy sensations. This simply isn’t true! Capsaicin gets the attention of the same nerve endings that sense damage from heat, but it does not cause the damage it’s mimicking.

However, capsaicin isn’t the only ingredient to consider! The risks I’ll be talking about come from the other components that make spicy things so tasty.

BV & Yeast Infection

Adding delicious things to a pussy can make the pussy less delicious! Vaginas have many naturally occurring bacteria and yeasts, which cause no problems if they stay in the proper balance. Sugars and starches can throw off this balance by feeding certain microbes, causing them to multiply out of control.

I haven’t had problems in this regard, but that might be because I keep a close eye on the ingredients in the hot sauces I use.

Urinary Tract Infection

Similarly to the above, I don’t want to introduce new bacteria to my urethra or bladder & I don’t want to give bacteria new food sources. Sugars could be a problem in this hole too!

For most people, UTI risk is likely the most important risk associated with urethral play in general, and introducing food items intensifies that risk. Playing with hot sauce hasn’t led to a UTI for me (although it did make me suspicious once or twice- that story is next!) but I seem to be lucky in general. If you’re considering trying this play with your own urethra, please think first about whether it would be easy for you to get treatment for a UTI!

Chemical Cystitis

I found out about chemical cystitis by accident. I was looking up references about putting gelatin in the urethra and bladder, for my post about bladder object insertions. While I did find what I was looking for, I also found clinical reports of bladder pain and irritation after people accidentally inserted contraceptive suppositories into the urethra rather than the vagina. The pH of these suppositories was low (acidic) enough to injure the bladder mucosa, causing lingering pain.

This gave me an explanation for an experience I’d had a couple times before, of having pain last for a few days after using a large amount of hot sauce in my bladder. I had tested for a UTI, but the test was negative, and the pain went away without any treatment. The hot sauce I’d used had been fine on other occasions, and wasn’t the hottest one in my collection, so I hadn’t been sure why it would be causing problems.

After reading about chemical cystitis caused by acidic medications accidentally pushed into the bladder, I’m now fairly confident I know why I had longer-lasting pain on those occasions. I believe that when I use a large quantity of hot sauce, the acidity is irritating to my bladder lining, causing pain as it heals. Using a smaller amount of hot sauce, and making sure I’m well hydrated so the sauce will be diluted in plenty of piss, seems to be enough to avoid running into this issue again.

Spicier hot sauces might be safer to use in play, because you won’t need to use as much!

choosing hot sauces – ingredients I avoid

The main ingredient I avoid is sugar, but sugar comes in many forms. Refined white sugar, raw sugar, corn syrup, honey, molasses, agave syrup, and sweet fruits can all feed microorganisms and cause an imbalance. (Yes, peppers are fruits too, but a hot pepper is far lower in natural sugars than something like an apple or a peach.)

Ideally, I look for sauces which contain chile peppers, vinegar, salt, and very little else. Ginger seems to be absolutely fine in my holes- sometimes I use fresh peeled ginger roots!- and most spices seem to be fine as well. I avoid super-garlicky sauces, but mostly because I don’t like imagining my genitals having a lingering smell of garlic, rather than for safety reasons.

This all sounds simple, but it can make choosing hot sauces feel a little tricky, and means reading labels carefully!

sauces I’ve tried

I haven’t kept the best records on this, but I can recall trying Tapatio, Crystal, Cholula, Marie Sharp’s Scorpion hot sauce, Dave’s Insanity sauce, Melinda’s Bhut Jolokia hot sauce, and The Last Dab. If you want to make sure you see how I react to each and every one of those, I’ve just put together a video bundle on Fansly at a reduced price!

Want me to try a particular sauce and let you know how it is? We might be able to arrange that!

which sauce hurts worst?

Despite all my shenanigans, this is an understudied area for me! I don’t do the same things with hot sauce from one time to the next, so it’s difficult to compare. I can tell you that The Last Dab is certainly stronger than Tapatio, but we both knew that already! Is The Last Dab more painful than Dave’s Insanity Sauce, though? I’m just not sure.

To remedy this sad lack of data, I’ve just purchased a sampler of hot sauces!

a selection of small bottles of hot sauce

For a limited time, I’ll be doing hot sauce custom videos at a lower price, 10 minutes for only $80 – 25% off my usual rate! Choose two of these sauces and one of my most sensitive spots, and I’ll try them out and report back on which hurts worse. This is subject to availability, so get in touch right away to have your choice of the sauces. See the list of sauces & contact me on Fansly, or send me a note here to participate in my spicy science!
